When you register via Google OAuth, we receive and store your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We do not collect or store your Google password.

When you use the Service to archive social media accounts, the Service processes publicly available content from those accounts, including videos, photos, captions, comments, metadata, and other publicly accessible information. This content is archived at your direction and stored in your account.
We do not independently collect or monitor social media content. All archival activity is initiated and directed by you, the user.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card number or banking details. We receive only transaction confirmation data (amount, status, subscription identifiers) from Stripe.

All data is stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure. Evidence data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.3. Access to stored data is governed by row-level security policies ensuring complete multi-tenant isolation.
While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and accept no liability for unauthorised access resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
