Digitally captured social media evidence is only as strong as the person who can stand behind it. When the integrity, provenance, or interpretation of that evidence is challenged, we step in as an independent expert to explain the methodology and defend the findings.

What Our Expert Evidence Covers

When we provide an affidavit or give evidence, we can speak directly to each link in the evidentiary chain:

• How the data was obtained — the collection process, the tools and methodology used, and why the capture is a faithful record of what was published.
• How the data was stored — encrypted storage, SHA-256 hash verification, forensic timestamps, and the chain-of-custody controls that prove the evidence has not been altered since capture.
• A breakdown of the evidence gathered — videos, photos, stories, captions, comments, and metadata, organised and explained in a way a court can follow.
• Extrapolation, analytics, and inference — engagement metrics, timelines, account activity, and the reasonable conclusions that can — and cannot — be drawn from the underlying data.

• Capturing and preserving that content with forensic integrity before it can be deleted or altered.
• Producing court-acceptable reports, affidavits, and exhibits ready for brief and prosecution.
